It's Time to Detox!
Ok! Time for a reality check! The indulgent months of December & January are now officially over….February is the time for You to take action to improve your Health!
Craig, our resident Nutritionist has recommended the following three day detox to put the spring back into your step!
3 Day Detox_
Day 1
Breakfast – 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Cup Green Tea
Morning Snack – 100g fresh mixed berries
Lunch – 500ml Tomato soup, 2 Rice cakes
Afternoon Snack – 1 Apple
Dinner – 60g lettuce with 1 sliced pear, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 table spoon chopped wallnuts, extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice
Day 2
Breakfast – 75g oatmeal with 100g fresh berries, 1 cup green tea
Morning Snack – 1 orange
Lunch – 60g lettuce with 6 cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, 2 rye crispbreads
Afternoon Snack – 1/2 Grapefruit
Dinner – 500ml tomato soup, 2 rice cakes
Day 3
Breakfast – 75g oatmeal with 1 apple, 1 cup green tea
Morning Snack – 100g mixed berries
Lunch – 60g mixed lettuce, 1 apple, 2 tabls spoons chopped walnuts, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice
Afternoon Snack – 1 orange
Dinner – 500 ml Minestrone soup with 2 pieces of wholegrain bread
